A Chorus of Rosehips began as an honour and became a meditation — handbuilt vessels for Naagan, Chef Zach Keeshig's celebrated indigenous restaurant, where every plate is an act of truth and the kitchen is redefining what the next generation of Canadian cuisine can be. Each piece was shaped by hand and wheel alone, no two alike, the way rosehips themselves grow — wild, plural, ungoverned. Earth holding earth, made to carry the land back to the table.
